If you’ve ever watched any show on\u00a0HGTV<\/a>,\u00a0DIY\u00a0Network<\/a>\u00a0or the like, you’re familiar with the story — homeowners embark on a\u00a0remodeling<\/a>\u00a0project and along the way come across something that they didn’t expect…AHHH! \u00a0The shock, horror, frustration, drama sure makes for good tv, right<\/p>\n

Here’s the deal…when remodeling your home, whether it is a\u00a0kitchen<\/a>,\u00a0bathroom<\/a>\u00a0or other project, you MAY encounter something you did not plan for. \u00a0Unfortunately, we don’t have superhero powers to see inside walls or under flooring material.
