For those of us who have been cooped up inside our homes, avoiding the cold and snow, we can now get out and enjoy fresh air again. It is also a great time to focus on your home &#8212; think about what home remodeling projects you want to do this year and also conduct some routine home maintenance. Preventative maintenance is very important for the value of your home.
